Mellow on Motter is a gem! Comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, great bed and linens, and an excellent coffee machine. Location is close enough to downtown Frederick to be fun but far enough to be quiet. Hosts were reachable and friendly, but respectful of privacy. A+++ stay!

The accommodations are exceptionally comfortable and reminiscent of a home environment. Additionally, I was delighted to encounter the owl décor. I ran into some hiccups, and they were about to take care of the problem.

This was my second stay at 'The Mellow'. Jennifer and Matthijs are fantastic, accomodating, and super responsive hosts. I needed a stay for the weekend last minute and immediately accommodated me despite the fact they were traveling at the time. Their place was super clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The apartment feels more like a home away from home than a rental and has a nice office space if you need to get some work done. I love the location (close to a local market, restaurants, and coffee shops) and parking right by the door. As always, the bed is super comfy. Thanks again for a great stay!

Very spacious place and exactly as described. Extremely clean. The shower pressure was fantastic. They offer everything needed for a great stay including a very very comfortable bed. Also enjoyed the small seating area on the outside patio downstairs. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in Frederick - we used it as a homebase for trips to Baltimore and DC. It worked out well, and we were surprised at how much Frederick had to offer. There were several good restaurants and nice grocery stores nearby. The area has a rich local history and a great historic district with fun shopping and very walkable. We enjoyed the arcade setup for some evening downtime. Good curtains and a comfortable bed helped to get some much-needed rest. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of little touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were responsive and attentive throughout. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating a great experience. The location was safe, quiet, and close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay here! The house was quiet and peaceful, but also within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town. Everything in the apartment was spotless, and I really appreciated all of the extra touches like the fan in the bedroom and provided snacks. The bed was also super comfortable and all of the linens felt very luxurious. We enjoyed our time in Fredrick and would stay here again if we return to the area!
