STAIRS The apartment is on the 2nd floor and you need to climb a narrow staircase (15 steps) to enter. CEILINGS The ceilings in the apartment are low (7ft) and a very tall person would likely not be comfortable. NOISE We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and downstairs tenant when inside and sitting on the porch. You can sometimes hear noise from the house below (including a TV). We also frequently have emergency services driving by, so expect to hear sirens at all hours. The white noise machine provided will help to dampen unwanted sounds when sleeping. QUIET HOURS 10pm - 7am SIRI We have an Apple home pod in the office which allows you to control the lights and temp with Siri. You can unplug it if you prefer not to have Siri. The Ecobee also has a Siri function we can disable upon request. INSECTS There are very occasional spiders or bugs that enter the home, especially if the door is left open. We have an insect zapper inside. We will not give refunds or cancel for presence of insects. LIVE PLANTS We have live plants in the house. CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT We do not approve early check-ins or check outs until the day of. If you’d like to check-in as early as you’d like or as late, we offer a half-day option. Ask us about it! There will be a half-day fee required that will be requested through the Resolution Center. Rental Agreement Requirement To ensure a smooth, safe, and seamless stay for all, we require a short rental agreement to be signed within 24 hours of booking. The agreement is quick and easy to complete online and simply confirms the details of your reservation, our house rules, and safety guidelines. Your booking will be considered official once the agreement is signed.
